Illinois-based ML Realty Partners has purchased an 81,435 square-foot industrial building at 2908 Commodore Drive in Carrollton. The building is within Frankford Trade near Interstate 35E. Michelle Hudson and Tom Hudson of Hudson Peters Commercial handled the sale.

Riverfront Properties LP has sold the 40,353-square-foot Texas Capital Center on 3.7 acres at 1325 Capital Parkway in Carrollton to Roane Property Holdings LLC. Brian Pafford of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the sale with Huntly Luna of NAI Robert Lynn.

M&S Investments Partnership purchased a 31,775-square-foot industrial property at 1151-1161 Empire Central Drive in Dallas. David Guinn, Turner Petersen and Jeremy Mercer at Mercer Co. brokered the sale.

Pathways Anesthesia Institute purchased a 20,200-square-foot commercial building at 410 S. Central Expressway in Allen. George Tanghongs and Brett Lewis of Lee & Associates brokered the sale.

CMK Properties purchased a 45,000 square foot medical office building at 809 W. Harwood in Hurst. Vision Commercial is leasing the building.

Lang Interests LLC has purchased a 8,892-square-foot commercial property at 4430 Alpha Road in Farmers Branch. Adam Graham and Stephen Williamson of Lee & Associates brokered the sale with Pat Haggerty of Pat Haggerty Co.

Raven Property Werxs purchased a 10,000-square-foot office condominium at 4601 Old Shepard Place in Plano. Koa Brokerage’s Sanober Syed arranged the sale with Doug Boettcher at Castlebrook Management Inc.

An investor has purchased a 112,102-square-foot industrial property at 3333 Miller Park South in Garland. Adam Abushagur at Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of the building, which was constructed in 1997.

Goddard School (franchise) purchased more than four acres on the northwest corner of Corinth Parkway and Shady Lane in Corinth. Edward Bogel of Davidson Bogel brokered the sale with Josh Bryan and Ruben Reynoso of Tenant Real Estate Advisors.

Alliance Glazing has leased 136,825 square feet of industrial space at 2901 W. Kingsley Rd. in Garland. Chris Stout and Randy Touchstone of JLL negotiated the lease with Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates.

Texas Recycling/Surplus Inc. leased 36,120 square feet of commercial space at 5200 E. Grand Avenue in Dallas. Canon Shoults and Josh Barnes of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiate the lease with Jim Hazard of ESRP.

Milestone Electric expanded to 23,903 square feet of industrial space at 1920 Hutton Court in Carrollton. Andrew Gilbert of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with David Rouble of David Rouble Brokerage.

REV Robotics LLC subleased 17,718 square feet of industrial space at 1621 W. Crosby Road in Carrollton. Corby Hodgkiss at Mercer Co. negotiated the lease with Mark Collins and Shannon Johnston at Cushman & Wakefield.

EJES Inc., civil engineering and land development firm, has leased 17,300 square feet for its headquarters at North Central Plaza III, 12801 Central Expressway, in Dallas. NAI Robert Lynn’s Kent Smith negotiated the lease.

Conference USA has leased a 9,010 square foot office at The Sound at Cypress Waters, located at 3100 Olympus Boulevard on North Lake. JLL’s Kimarie Ankenbrand negotiated the lease with Billingsley Co.’s Marijke Lantz and Lucy Burns.

JKL Realty Ltd has signed a 7,300-square-foot office lease at Tollway Towers in Dallas. Holden Lunsford, James Engels, and Brandon Avedikian of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Greg Burns of ESRP.

DHL eCommerce leased 6,630 square feet of commercial space at 11235 Grissom in Dallas. Andrew Gilbert and Ben Wallace of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Krista Raymond with CBRE.

Crepiano Cafe, a restaurant specializing in Greek cuisine, has leased 4,351 square feet of retail space at Irving Towne Center at 3401 W. Airport Freeway at North Belt Line Road in Irving. Matt Luedtke and Byron Howard with Weitzman handled lease negotiations with Michael Farah with Farah Family Real Estate Management.

ProPath Services LLC has leased 3,504 square feet of office space in the Plaza at River Bend, 1220 River Bend Dr., in Dallas. Leigh Richter of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease with Dan Custer of Valley View Partners LLC.
